Knitting Sample:
10 x 10 cm = 18 stitches x 20 rows
Material:
4 mm circular needles
(I recommend KnitPro needles with 60cm, 80cm and 120cm cable)
4 mm double pointed needles, possibly a sleeve circular needle
Darning needle, needle for sewing threads
Tape measure, scissors
Wool:
Léttlopi base color is gray 0056 or brown 0085 you need 8-10 balls
Other colors one ball each
Sheep: 0059 0051 black and white
Grass: 9423 1406 petrol and apple
Flowers: 9432 purple and white (we already have that for the sheep)
Horse: 0867 brown and black (we already have that for the sheep)
Cloud: 1404 turquoise
Volcano: 0058 gray or 0005 anthracite for the brown base color
Fire: 1703, 1704, 9434, 1409 yellow, orange, red, wine red
Flag: 1403 blue (we already have red and white from the sheep/fire)
Horses also work in other colors:
Red: 9427 red-brown and then white mane
Grey: white with grey mane
…😜 Ordering wool is the hardest part. It’s best to go through everything again!
Sizes:
It is best to measure on a well-fitting favorite sweater. The chest width is measured.
XS: 40 cm. (S): 44 cm M: 47 cm (L): 51 cm XL: 55 cm (XXL): 58 cm
XXXL: 62 cm
Measure arm and stomach length individually
Level of difficulty: ⭐️⭐️ (from 3 Stars) The pattern isn’t difficult, but it’s a lot. A lot of the chart is with 3 colors. In the end there is a lot to sew.
